Class
Censor
Summary:
A relentless holy warrior who marks a foe with Judgment, gaining Wrath to punish and debuff them. Can heal allies with personal vitality. Subclasses: Exorcist, Oracle, Paragon. Each gains powers from a chosen divine domain. “The best class, some have said” - some Draw Steel guy. The holy warrior, but with a little edge to it. Uncompromising force for good, or for your cause.
Heroic Resource: Wrath
Gain 2 at start of turn as normal
Gain it damaging and being damaged by their ‘judged target’
Judgment is a mark placed on a creature, and spend wrath to debuff them.
Focused on punishing that one target
Does not incentivise others to attack it- this is just for you
Some support element- ‘My life for yours’ where your recoveries can be used to restore others’ stamina.
Subclasses:
- Exorcist - seeker of truth and hunter of evil; can teleport towards their judged target. Sense hidden enemies and detect truths.
- Oracle - uses foresight to hunt down hidden corruption. Judgment can damage the enemy. Can show enemy visions of their death. A “sorcerer knight” (more magic than holy).
- Paragon - shining example, punishing evil. Judgment lets them pull enemies towards them.
Domains:
Censors get a divine domain (just one). You get effects from this, for example:
- Death God allows you to speak to the dead
- War God allows you to bless your own weapon
- And more
