Threadlight Applied: Volume the Fourth, Being Fire

A slim quarto in boards that were once red, one of a series on threadlight and its use in the several kinds of magic. This is the fire volume. The author's name is on the spine and the title page and again, uninvited, at the foot of most pages; the Library's catalogue notes of the other volumes only that they are 'variously complete'. The margins carry corrections in a second hand that has given up partway through. It is held among the supervised references of the Great Library, in the Reference Rooms, and is read at a numbered desk for a set time.
